Shipping
We ship across Spain. Shipping is free on orders over €60 to mainland Spain; below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, cost and timing are calculated at checkout.
- Singles, graded slabs and Mystery BGS ship from Spain. We pack them within 1–2 business days and they arrive in 24–72 business hours, tracked.
- Cards marked “Ships from the UK” ship from our stock in the United Kingdom: 1–3 days within the UK and 5–10 business days to Spain, tracked.
- Accessories (sleeves, toploaders, binders, deck boxes, cleaning kits…) ship from our supplier's warehouse and take 7–15 business days. Import taxes are already included: you won't pay anything on delivery.
- If your order mixes both, you'll receive two separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
- Every card travels protected: sleeve, toploader or slab, plus rigid packaging.
- We email you the tracking number as soon as each parcel ships.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition. Sealed products (packs, boxes, displays, ETBs) must have their seal intact.
- Mystery BGS: the card inside is picked at random, so once the Mystery has been opened it cannot be returned or exchanged for the card you received. You can return it unopened, with its seal intact, within the 14 days.
- Singles and slabs are checked on arrival to confirm they are in the condition they were shipped in.
- To return an item, email hola@pullsecreto.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method.
- If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll fix it at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantee.
Frequently asked questions
Are the cards authentic?
Yes. All cards and sealed products are authentic. Graded slabs carry their certification number, which you can check on the grading company's website.
How does the Mystery BGS work?
Each Mystery contains one real Beckett-graded card, picked at random from the cards left in that series. You can see every possible card on the Mystery's page. The cards have different market values and the one you get may be worth less than what you paid. Over 18s only.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal or Klarna, on Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
How do I sell my cards?
Email hola@pullsecreto.com with the list of cards, their condition and a few photos, and we'll send you a valuation.
Privacy
We only use your data to process and ship your order and to answer you. To do that we share it with the services that make it possible:
- Shopify manages checkout and orders. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or Klarna; we never see your card details.
- Carriers and, for accessories, our supplier CJ Dropshipping receive your name, shipping address and contact details only to deliver the parcel.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and measures visits anonymously, without cookies or profiling.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept cookies: receives which products you view, add to cart and buy, to measure our ads.
- If you create a Mystery Virtual account, we store your email and an encrypted password.
We keep order data for as long as tax law requires. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing hola@pullsecreto.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Terms of sale
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment.
- The purchase is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund it in full.
- New products have the 3-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity.
- Mystery BGS products are for over 18s only. Their contents are random and their value may be lower than the price paid.
- These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any issue, write to hola@pullsecreto.com first; we'll do our best to sort it out.
